Getting started
- Install DealWrap from the Chrome Web Store, then pin it: click the puzzle icon 🧩 in Chrome's toolbar and press 📌 next to DealWrap.
- Open the side panel any time with Alt+C (on a Mac: ⌥+C) or by clicking the DealWrap icon.
- Finish a call, save the recording, and drop it into the panel. Notes, coaching and follow-ups come back in the same panel.
Free minutes and plans
- Every install starts with 30 free minutes — full notes, coaching and follow-ups. No card and no licence key needed.
- Paid plans add monthly minutes: Solo and Pro for individual callers, Team and Company for call floors with pooled minutes and seats.
- If an analysis fails, the minutes for that call are refunded automatically — a failed call never costs you minutes.
- Bought a plan and need your key or seat moved? Open the Team portal or use Lost your key?.
Something went wrong
Email us with three things and we can usually fix it the same day:
- The error code or message shown in the panel (a screenshot is perfect).
- The email address your plan was purchased with, or your licence key.
- What you were doing — the call length and file type help a lot.

Your data
Recordings are transcribed and analysed in memory and are never stored on our servers. Transcripts and notes are not kept after they return to your browser, and your calls are never used to train AI models. Read the full privacy policy.
